Mela is a trade-show lead capture and follow-up app for B2B consumer electronics resellers. You scan business cards, add voice or typed notes, organize contacts by event, and generate personalized follow-up drafts.

You can always edit any field before saving. Scanning is a head start, never a hard requirement, so you can also type a lead in by hand. Fields the app was not confident about are highlighted so you can double-check them.

Record a short note and Mela transcribes it to text automatically, then suggests relevant hashtags. The text becomes part of the contact's history and is searchable later.

No. Mela generates follow-up drafts and hands them to your own WhatsApp or email. You review and send every message yourself, so nothing goes out automatically.

The camera is used to photograph business cards, the microphone to record voice notes, and the photo library only if you pick an existing image. Optional notifications send you reminders, such as a nudge to add a note about a lead you just met. You can change any of these in your device settings.

Open the contact's detail screen in the app and choose delete. The contact and its related notes and encounters are removed.

Email us at support@saymela.com with the subject "Delete my account", or use the contact option in the app. After we verify the request, we delete your account and associated data, except for anything we are required to keep for legal reasons.
